Manager Multichannel Marketing (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Define, develop and implement a creative strategy for the customer in Germany
  • Deliver outstanding creative executions across all marketing channels and brand touch-points
  • Holistically connect onsite marketing, email marketing, internet marketing, social marketing, above-the-line and other marketing channels in order to create a connected experience
  • Improve creative execution and asset quality across touch-points
  • Deliver world class creative execution and consistently improve the quality of creative execution as measured by consumer-relevant metrics including traffic volume, click-through rates, engagement rates and ultimately conversion rates
  • Enable operative planning of the Multi-Channel Creative Marketing Team
  • Implement Service Level Agreements (SLA) for critical interfaces with other marketing teams (upstream, implementation) and enable resource allocation and prioritization of campaigns and “fast track” requests
  • Manage the relationships with creative agencies
  • Lead client-agency relationship including ways of working principles, creative design- and delivery processes, timelines, executional mandatories, creative quality and target optimization and –measurement


Your qualifications
  • Graduate degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • Passionate team player, highly disciplined & organized, able to operate smoothly in a highly dynamic context
  • Strong experience in E-Commerce
  • Superior understanding of classic/offline AND digital/online marketing principles, practices and tools
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to think differently and to innovate
  • Strong creative mind, able to understand consumer needs and turn insights into actionable creative
  • Strong prioritization skills and able to deliver great results under achievable but tight timelines
  • Profound professional experience in Marketing or Creative industries (incl. creative agency)
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable strategic marketing approaches & effective creative executions
  • German language skills at native-speaker level (grammatically solid), fluent in English written and spoken
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
