The Job Description is as follows:
Lead overall customer engagement and reporting.
Collaborate with client architecture teams and Operations teams.
Responsible for linking cross-domain workflows in complex e2e solutions (across L2C, T2R, Billing domains).
Provide detailed analysis strength and weakness of OSS implementation.
Responsible for producing high level solution design.
Responsible for review of the technical and business architecture of OSS/BSS implementations.
Review all business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, reports and other written documentation.
