Description
I am currently working with a bank in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates who are seeking a Murex Back Office Business Analyst on contract.
Duties covered:
Lead the BO and Accounting streams
Be an active lead resource on projects involving Murex 3.1
Mentor, train and guide other team members
Create effective work practices & standards and quality monitoring during development, testing, implementation and use.
Plan efficiently to cater for future application/platform changes
Assist with BAU intraday and overnight support and analysis to the business on day-to-day Murex issues
Workflow analysis and development
Assist program management team in the planning of future phases
Plan and execute/supervise execution of testing campaigns
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience with min 3 years Murex 3.1 hands-on Accounting
Good financial knowledge
Creation of an accounting and payments interface, including configuration and development of settlement instructions.
Comfortable in facing business users to gather, understand requirements
