For one of our pharmaceutical Partners in the region of Antwerp, we're looking for a It Infrastructure Project Manager. You'll manage different IT projects related to regional (EMEA) and local Infrastructure and specify project requests.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for gathering project requirements, lead team to define solutions and document cost pictures
- Assemble project teams, identify appropriate resources needed, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities
- Function as a team builder for projects managed
- Track, schedule and manage risks, issues, budget and documentation to ensure commitment dates and project deliverables are met
- Reports through the Enterprise tools and communication processes
- Deliver projects within requested timeframe, quality and budget
Technical Environment
- Windows 200X Server Platform, HPUX, Linux
- VMWare, Citrix, IIS/.Net, Sharepoint
- LAN, WAN, WLAN, Structured Cabling, Voice systems and IP Protocol
- Unix, Oracle MISQL
- Tooling: Windows platform, MSOffice, Acrobat
Required Profile
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- More than 5 years of project Management experience in an international and multicultural environment (budgets, plan, schedule, risk/issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.)
- Experience in environments subject to strong compliance constraints (experience with Healthcare companies is a plus)
- Experience with end user support integrations or environments (ITIL)
- Experience with Infrastructure deployment I as part of New Buildings projects - Experience in Infrastructure Integration as part of Acquisition projects is a plus
- Computer infrastructure operations or deployment background
- Technical writing skills to write/interpret documentation according to internal regulations (FDA part 11, GxP, )
- Travel can occur occasionally but will be limited within EMEA region for short trips of max 5 days
- Dutch and English spoken and written
