Senior APM Consultant - Dynatrace
Our client is looking for a senior consultant who is familiar with the concept of Dynatrace APM and who can analyze and understand the vast amount of information that is gathered from the APM environment. Furthermore the consultant shall be able to analyze failures and their root causes, and to initiate troubleshooting processes. Also the consultant shall help our client to improve the use of Dynatrace APM.
Required Tasks/Responsibilities:
- To take overall responsibility for Dynatrace APM at Client
- To monitor APM dashboards
- To detect irregularities and investigate in root causes
- To initiate proactive troubleshooting on gathered intelligence (dispatcher)
- To train and assist users
- To support to improve dashboards for monitoring applications and business critical processes
- To administer the clients Dynatrace APM Environment (Updates, Hotfixes, new probes, etc.)
- To be liaison officer between client and the worldwide Dynatrace community
- To generate statistics and reports
The ideal candidate for this role, should have the following skill set:
- In depth knowledge of Dynatrace APM (Certification would be a bonus)
- In depth knowledge of IT Systems, IT-Architectures, Client Server Architectures, Network Architectures, IT operations processes
- Long term experience on required technical level: data center operations, network operations, Firewalls, Routers, server administration, etc.
- Fluent Business level English
- Eligibility to work in Denmark (EU Passport/Work Permit)
