Job Description:Create, iterate, prioritize and groom user stories that make up the eCommerce team's product backlog.
Participate in the creative process to assist Senior Product Managers in communicating the product or theme's vision which drives the creation of wireframes and design comps that provide a beautiful, yet simple user experience.
Partner with the Senior Product Managers and other Scrum Team Product Owners to assist in maintaining strategic alignment in regards to creative, functional and project delivery goals.
Partner with various cross-functional teams across the organization to illicit requirements for new capabilities and functionality.
Identify, investigate and recommend plans for resolving user experience challenges or transactions failing to process successfully from company's websites.
Use data, research and test results to drive decisions and help drive priorities for the eCommerce team's roadmap.
SKILLS:
Skills/Qualifications:
Advanced experience in writing Business requirement documents, functional specs, building business cases, and user stories
Understanding of online customer marketing strategies and principles
Competency in web transactional, merchandising and marketing tech, as well as, cross-sell technologies
Advanced knowledge of online/Internet A/B testing concepts and execution
Strong ability to monitor Business Intelligence data and provide recommendations for website enhancements
Knowledge of HTML, XML, Scripting, .NET, WebSphere Commerce, cloud computing, and other current Web technologies
7 or more years of Product Management experience at a consumer Internet company, preferably a Top-200 website
7 years of experience in Web eCommerce or Self Service
6+ years of web design (User Interface) and site architecture experience
6+ years of experience in Waterfall, SCRUM, or Agile development processes
7 years of experience creating and writing effective user stories, business requirement documents, use cases, test cases, functional requirements and business cases
5+ years of experience working with Web Developers, Engineers, Creative Agencies, UI Designers and QA to implement Web features
