Baltimore Consulting are a senior appointments specialist consultancy and our client a local authority based in London are looking for a Meridian Water Development Manager.Responsible for overseeing the process to select a Master Developer to deliver the Meridian Water project inclusive of 5,000+ new homes and employment uses that can provide 3,000 new jobs.
- Managing the developer partner selection process, including preparing tender documentation and evaluating bids
- Leading on agreeing the Joint Venture structure, Joint Venture Contract, and negotiating with preferred developer through to completion of JV contract
- Prepare risk registers, project plans, business cases and project management tools to manage the project effectively
- Chair project team meetings
- Report to the Programme Director, manage/supervise staff as required
