Our client is currently recruiting a Calculations Analyst to join their team based in Stirling.
The Analyst will be primarily responsible for contributing to the overall delivery of exceptional client service, either directly or in support of senior team members. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analyst with excellent VBA skills to work on a variety of projects that can vary from calculations to making assumptions.
The successful candidate will be able to develop Excel VBA applications to automate the production of reports with extensive use of VBA arrays and pivot tables.
Essential
Excellent Development skills within Excel VBA, Access VBA & SQL
Significant experience using VBA programming in MS Access and MS Excel
Maths A-Level or Degree/Actuarial Qualifications
Be able to work on data manipulation
Ability to start with short notice
Have the ability to work and manipulate macros
Ability to develop a VBA module to copy the financial projection of an insurance company into another worksheet and to update formulas within that sheet.
