SAP CRM Service Consultant - Dutch Speaking A Bonus
Expert knowledge of SAP CRM Service, in particular with the set-up of a Service Desk
Expert knowledge of the following CRM objects:
- Case
- Service Order/sales order
- Service agreements and service contracts
- Products
- Quotations
Knowledge of SAP Business Workplace
Knowledge of SAP SD and MM for integration purposes and best practices
Excellent analysis skills required
Open minded and out-of-the box thinker
Punctual and able to work independently for several days (2-3)
Pro-active and open attitude
Knowledge of market processes: retail, service management, facility management, ...
Knowledge of SAP ISU and the corresponding CRM CIC for utilities is a plus
Working from the client location in Flanders.
