Our tier 1 banking client is currently seeking a Colleague Engagement Lead to join their team in London.
The Colleague Engagement Lead will be responsible for the management and delivery of a effective and consistent colleague engagement framework across a group of over 5000 colleagues within the project.
Key requirements:
- Banking/Financial Services experience is essential
- Demonstrable experience covering all aspects of colleague engagement
- Developed and implemented business change within a complex organisation
- In-depth experience in strategic consulting
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Experience working in a Matrix management model
- Honours degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communications
