Your tasks:
- Analysis and assessment of the initial project ideas in terms implementation, ROI, risk and success factors
- Creation of project plans with goals, milestones, costs and resources
- Definition of the project marketing strategy and communications plan
- Establishment of project relevant quality management procedures
- Consolidation of the status reports and definition of deviations thereof
- Monitor of risk and implementation of corrective actions
- Check, acceptance and approval project output
- Documentation of learnings and experiences
Your qualifications
- Proven hands-on IT project experience
- Understanding of operational aspects of software solutions
- Deep knowledge of vendor and stakeholder management
- Solid ability to operate in a heterogeneous matrix environment with internal and potentially external parties
- Broad experience in validated settings (GxP) and logistics is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
