We are currently searching for a Senior Service Manager to work in The Hague, The Netherlands. This is for a duration of 3months with een high possibility of an extention needless to say this is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.
Project description The project "Service Management" is part of the program WPS Backend 2.0 which will implement the next generation Service Management processes to support the business needs within the workplace Back End services. The project aims to ensure that Service Processes are built for Insurance International and IM (3 tenants) across all service management processes that will be affected.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Service Level Alignment a. Service Catalogue updates b. Service Level Agreement updates
2. Change management - Process description, Work instructions, Templates, Test documentation and execution
Recent experience with Office (365) is required!
