Continuous Improvement Lead - Commercial Banking - Process Excellence Lead - DMAIC - Lean Six Sigma Black belt

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the programme is to deliver Transformational Improvement to the Anti Money Laundering process. The role is a Continuous Improvement Lead - this is for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to deliver solutions to business problems, by adopting the Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control (DMAIC) methodology.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification essential
  • Proven track record of CI Project delivery essential
  • In depth knowledge of DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control) essential
  • Very strong on MS Excel and MS Access
  • Coaching of Green Belts preferred

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
