IT Training Specialist - Legal Client/Contract
Role Overview
Performing as part of the BA/Projects IT Training Team and supporting this function within the business. An innovative and varied role that will encompass the full training life cycle including TNA, development and design of training collateral, classroom delivery, eLearning and virtual training. Your role will be to ensure that training and new system adopters' needs are met and in line with training strategy. Training courses are heavily customised - the ability to learn new systems with ease is vital. There will be a requirement to scope projects and attend meetings. The project based element of the role will include liaising with project teams around end-user training and to take ownership of these projects as required. Candidates will have experience of working within the legal sector with an excellent grasp of business critical systems and processes. You will have excellent communication and facilitation skills within a classroom including strong technical skills. You will adhere to a process of continual improvement, providing support to colleagues within the IT training team and firm wide.
Person Overview
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:
3 + years experience in legal IT Training role
Ability to write and develop Training courseware
Excellent knowledge of legal applications (WorkSite/Time Recording/CRM/PMS/MS Office)
Excellent communication skills, people person with a can do attitude.
