Description
For one of our projects at the European Institutions in Brussels, we are urgently looking for a Database Developer with a significant experience in Oracle Database, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and Java/J2EE.
Main tasks:
- Interfacing with the Data Warehouse
- Interfacing with the New Workflow System, Wave;
- Define, write and maintain technical analysis and architecture documents
- Integrate User and Security Management module;
- Align the back-office with the evolution of the modules in the front-office;
- Enrich and improve the interfaces;
- Analysis, design, validation and implementation of appropriate technology solutions;
- Animation of and participation in weekly status meetings.
For this role you need to have experience in:
- Significant experience with Oracle Database
- Excellent knowledge of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) / Oracle Service Bus
- Java/J2EE
The next are considered assets:
- Knowledge of UML
- Knowledge of BEA WebLogic
- Knowledge of Vaadin components
- Knowledge of Selenium; Ant and Maven for testing purposes
- knowledge of integration, build and test methodologies
Languages:
Fluent in English and French is an asset

Capability of integration in an international/multicultural team environment
