Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced Copywriter to join one of the worlds leading Media and Broadcast giants.

Want to work for one of the most dynamic, creative environments in the world and become part of the entertainment and communications revolution? We are looking for a Digital Content Editor to provide engaging Help content for our customers. This will include providing technical help and support information, as well as general product overviews and user guides.

The Copywriter will offer editorial leadership of a full review of our top self/service journeys to ensure that they meet customer and business needs. He/She will work alongside a user experience lead to re/work existing articles and provide online copy for new journeys. The project is targeted to deliver a measurable step change in our customer service offering.


* Provide expert copywriting, editing and proofreading capability for existing and upcoming products and services.

* Translate technical knowledge documents into engaging customer/facing content.

* Work with a number of stakeholders from across the business and successfully manage their requirements.

* Work to tight deadlines whilst following a defined style guide (which the Digital Content Editor is expected to contribute to).

* Ensure Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is considered when creating content.

* Maintain work on multiple workstreams at any one time.

* Rapidly pick up and work with the Content Management System (CMS).

* Support a wide/ranging content migration project with a goal to align the copy and tone across all platforms, ensuring consistency and simplicity for customers.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

* First/rate proofreading skills, awareness of tone of voice and proven copy writing and web editing experience.

* Extensive experience of content provision within a digital operation with significant customer facing elements.

* Experience of working in a multi/channel and multi/format content environment.

* Experience of working with a range of Content Management Systems (CMS).

* Technically fluent in digital: social, web, mobile, apps etc.

* Energetic self/starter with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Highly articulate with the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and with impact.

* Ability to work with cross/functional teams.
