Position Description:
This person will be responsible for ensuring that product operations run well, that there is good training of the Digital Operations Center on our products, and that proper escalations are followed. This person will assist with troubleshooting, QA and management of application feeds and configuration files.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of XML and JSON. Knowledge or understanding of application software development cycle in an Agile-like, fast-paced environment. QA and testing experience with mobile and connected device applications. Ability to think fast, meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
