Finance Business Analyst
Are you a Business Analyst with experience of finance change programmes?
One of our key financial services clients is looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join them on a three month initial contract with a chance to extend beyond that. Following a recent merger, you will be responsible for producing business requirements and functional specification documents; completing Activity Based Costing, as well as identifying and documenting gaps between the two sites.
Responsibilities:
- To undertake complex Business Analysis to support with the integration programme
- Requirements solicitation, analysis and documentation
- Defining and agreeing both functional and non-functional requirements which align to TOM and business needs
- Process mapping/analysis/design
- Workshop facilitation
- Liaison with various business areas internally
- Stakeholder managementSkills
Experience required:
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry.
- Experience of working to various methodologies and practices such as Prince2 and Agile.
- Qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or Part Qualified Accountant - (Desirable but not essential)
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting function and systems
- Highly proactive person who demonstrates initiative and ownership and can work with little direction on complicated assignments
