For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Senior Project Manager / Change Manager – Implementation of TOM for Corporate Communications (2696)

Overview of Business Area:
Corporate Communications is a global function dedicated to protecting, maintaining and enhancing the reputation and brand of the banking client. It implements and pursues a long-term, sustainable communications strategy and positions the bank among its many constituencies, including employees, media and other stakeholders. The Corporate Communication function has had an operating model review in late 2014/early 2015. This resulted in a new global target operating model (TOM) and organizational setup. This new TOM now needs to be implemented in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and drive global implementation of agreed changes to the operating model / organizational setup
• Support/coach Corporate Communications leaders and staff in delivering against specific TOM implementation activities
• Regular reporting to Head of Corporate Communications / Corporate Communications COO / Implementation Lead on implementation progress
• Timely escalation of any significant implementation challenges

Required Experience / Skills:
• Track record of managing and driving TOM or similar implementations (significant, global projects)
• Excellent communications skills - ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Background in staffing projects
• Strong experience in Change Management & Transformation background
• Experience of working in an international and global environment
• Well structured & organized approach
• Assertiveness & excellent follow through
• Able to deliver against agreed objectives without losing stakeholders
• Corporate communications and banking background is a plus
• Fluent in English, German communication skills would be a plus
