I am currently working on an exciting opportunity for an Interim Head of HR to join my client through a period of growth and expansion.
As well as managing a small HR team, partnering with directors and offering a professional HR service you will also be responsible for strengthening the department to enable a more strategic offering.
Some specific projects within your remit include designing and developing a talent management offering, an organisation restructure and partnering with the CEO for advice on potential M&A activity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating at both a strategic and operational level to support my client in their next phase of growth and taking HR to the next level. My client operates within the independent healthcare sector so previous experience in this field is highly desirable
