Communications Specialist - ST PAULS BASED - Contract role
Bank of America Merrill Lynch is currently seeking to recruit a Communications Specialist to join their Corporate Communications Team in the offices based in St Pauls.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end internal communications support to Business Partners wishing to communicate to Employees across the EMEA region. This position requires the candidate to work in close collaboration with two Internal Communications Managers and report into the Head of Employee Engagement Communications.
Key skills for a Communications Specialist:
* Proven track record of working in Internal Communications or equivalent.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Good relationship management and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities of a Communications Specialist:
* Work closely with Business Partners to communicate line of business and cross-platform initiatives.
* Advise on appropriate channels - print, online, newsletters, and digital - in order to maximise impact.
* Develop strategic communication plans that allow for engaging and meaningful messaging.
* Create/edit campaign content.
