- Capacity to write functional specifications about business & taxes rules, aswell as an expected system's behavior and interfaces details
- Ability to cooperate in an effecitive and transparent way with its colleagues

Hard skills
- Tax/Fiscality knowledge on securities' instruments and others bank accounts products
- Knowledge of bank billing processes
- Knowledge of UML sequence and class diagrams
- Ability to do functional & technical testing
- Ability to work on defining the content of a contract with a third party supplier
- Experience with rule engines is a +
- Experience with vendor's package integration is a +
- Experience with Tibco services integration is a +
- Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum mode is a +
