Chief Engineer - NEBOSH certified - Facilities Management
Chief Engineer required by my Financial Services client based in Croydon.
In order to be successful the Chief Engineer will need to have the following experience:
Essential
* IOSH - NEBOSH Certificate
*Experience in a similar banking environment with multi-site locations.
*Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment.
*Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
*Be conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices.
*C&G or equivalent L8 Water Treatment
*Experience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis, rectification.
*Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules
*Experienced in electrical installation work, plus electrical testing and inspection
Desirable
*Prior experience with permits to work (Authorized Person electrically/mechanically).
*Prior experience of Building Management Systems.
*Previous work experience in a business critical environment[s]
*PASMA/IPAF certified
*Effective communication skills at all levels both orally and using IT platforms.
*Proactive approach
The successful Chief Engineer will provide Technical support to the business, internal customer, ensuring all technical standards, including engineering excellence is at the forefront of Engineering delivery, through a processes of structured accountability.
