Description
My client are seeking a strong operation focused individual to work as an Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist interfaces with the business to ensure that Order to Invoice policies and processes are managed in a compliant and efficient manner. They are also accountable for driving operational excellence across Service Operations through the identification and creation of solutions to solve deficiencies, improve performance and maximise revenue within their business area.
Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in similar Operations role
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to develop and implement creative solutions
Good influencing skills to encourage adoption of solutions
