Solution Integration Engineer
Advantage Resourcing is seeking candidates to apply for a contract position with a leading defence company based in Warton, Lancashire. This will initially be for 4 months at the limited company rate of £31.40 per hour (37 hours). This is for a Typhoon Export Support Solution Integration Engineer.
Job Description
You will report to the Typhoon Salam Support Operations Team Leader responsible for assisting him to ensure the support solution deliverables and services are safe, integrated and consistent with the aircraft delivered to customers.
The post will assist in the review of support data and deliverables, the development and maintenance of deliverables, and the identification and resolution of support issues and improvements during the relevant phases.
Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for:
*Investigating queries and issues with Typhoon Export support solution deliverables and services.
*Developing proposed responses to queries and issues.
*Where required, developing potential work-around solutions to queries and issues.
*Reviewing support products and services from other teams including:
- Ground Support Systems, Mission Support Systems and Aircraft Reference Data.
- Whole Support Solution data integrity across all Support disciplines deliverables to KSA, including maintenance policies, Reference Data, Supply Chain, Technical
Publications and other support items.
- Management of STOs into the Support baseline, including any work-around solutions.
- Support to Major Aircraft performance enhancement packages and their subsequent implementation into the Support Baselines.
Preferably, the applicant will have an understanding of the Eurofighter project or integrated support solution development, and be comfortable working in a customer focussed environment.
