Description
Bachelor's degree (preferred Computer Science)
3+ years of experience with technical implementation
3-5 years of experience functioning as a Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise or Unlimited edition
Salesforce.com ADM201 (Administrator) and ADM501 (Developer) Certifications are a must
Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, jscript, Force.com platform
Good understanding of data structures, data modelling, database schema is required.
Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is a plus
Expectations and deliverables:
Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com development and system administration
Implement new enhancements including creation or maintenance of custom objects, visual workflows, email alerts and templates
Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve 2nd level problems at all levels of the organization, liaise on support cases managed by external provider
Solid technical analysis skill.
Language: English, but French will be a plus
