Front End Developer
Citi Recruitment are looking for Front End Web Developer, who has a real passion for technology, great code and is available right away for a 6 Month Contract.
Sitting in the web team, the successful candidate must have experience in a commercial environment, doing hands on development with Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3. You will be involved in Technical Design and implementation of Front End Projects. Experience using frameworks and libraries such as , Grunt, Angular, Backbone or Spine would be very beneficial but not essential. Their role will be working on cutting edge greenfield projects, using the latest technologies to develop some very modern web applications.
You will like a challenge and want to work with ground breaking technology and offer solutions that are out of the box then this is an awesome opportunity!
Your Capabilities
- Web Development ; HTML5 / CSS3 / Javascript
- JavaScript / Web-application, expsure to any of these would be ideal (AngularJS, BackboneJS , NodeJS, EmberJS etc)
- Desire to build bleeding edge web applications.
- Server side templating technologies ( JSP or FTL)
- Closely follow or contribute to Open Source projects.
- High standard of producing great interactive experiences & clean, semantic HTML.
- Test Driven Development using Jasmine or Cucumber.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) practices.
- Use source control and appropriate code strategies using Git.
To be considered for this role your skills will include;
- 3+ years minimum experience with Front End Development.
- Sound knowledge of both back end and front end technologies would be great.
- Latest javascript frameworks is ideal.
