CRM Implementation Consultant - Large Implementation - Dublin - 20 month day rate contract
This client is a global conglomerate with substantial central IT operations based in Dublin and delivering across EMEA.
This organisation are currently implementing new CRM tools for the retail part of their business and they urgently require an experienced CRM Implementation Consultant with at least 3-4 years to lead the successful implementations of CRM (Salesforce/Siebel/StayinFront) across the group.
The focus of the CRM implementation is to integrate the retail/sales/consumer side of the business with the Back End SAP systems across Europe.
This is a day rate contract opportunity starting off as an 8 month day rate contract, with view to longer term extension thereafter.
Your Role:
- Leading this implementation within the EMEA region, based 80-90% of the time in Dublin and 10-20% of your time in Europe, you will drive the implementation of CRM across multiple sites driving best practice and methodologies.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to define the technical and functional scope of the projects and implementations
- You will lead the analysis and design of location to be implemented, ensuring that gaps are identified, ensuring the correct data is inputted and create the relevant solutions for successful implementations.
- You will manage the configuration, testing, application and end user training of the new CRM tool and manage the integration with other systems (SAP)
- You will work on all phases of this EMEA implementations and be able to effectively predict difficulties with the roadmap and put plans in place to manage all risk associated with an implementation of this magnitude.
- You will work closely with the business to ensure the implemented solution fits business requirements on an ongoing basis.
- You will act as global expert for the most complex processes within these projects.
Your Skills:
- You will have at least 8-10 years' experience as a CRM Consultant managing enterprise level projects in international environments.
- You will have successfully implemented CRM projects or other projects for an EMEA wide implementation.
- You will have managed at least 1-2 large implementation projects in the last 4-5 years or have an in-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce/other CRM tools over the last number of years.
- You will have 1-2 years' experience in the Consumer Goods industry or FMCG or Retail industries
- You will have a very collaborative approach to projects and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This contract is initially for 8 months, with a high chance of a 12 month extension. This is a day rate contract.
