As the successful Ruby on Rails Developer you will be joining my client on working on their high volume web application and web services, this is a real opportunity to work with some of the leading Ruby developers in the UK and Europe.
Essential skills & experience
- Strong Development Experience with Ruby on Rails or Sinatra
- Strong Experieince using RSpec, Cucumber, Varnish, Memcached
- Experience with source control systems such as Git
- Very comfortable in Unix and Linux environment
Desired skills & experience
- Experience working with Messaging and locking patterns (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, NSQ, Zookeeper etc)
- Experience working in a Tech Startup
