Brief Assignment Description - SAP Mills Expert, Manufacturing & Planning
- Leads the day to day engagement for the Manufacturing & IS-Mills stream;
- Ensures all key Manufacturing & Planning requirements are captured at an appropriate level of detail
- Ensures that gaps and overlaps are identified, addressed and managed effectively
- Ensures that the teams understand and appreciate solution options
- Provides process expertise into key deliverables;
- Cross-match Manufacturing & Planning requirements with solution options, giving full consideration to options in SCT and Mills solutions
- Produces deliverable content as specified
- Facilitation of workshop/collaborative events;
- Support SAP Solution Architect by organising Manufacturing & Planning workshops ensuring all sessions have Purpose Agenda and Expectations (PAgE) communicated effectively
- Lead workshop delivery and requirements capture
- Input into the estimation process
- Ensures estimations for Manufacturing & Planning solution delivery is made on a sound and robust basi
- Ensures inputs are received from all relevant parties and considered appropriately
Personal Characteristics and Experience
- 5 years experience of SAP Mills
- Configurable Products using characteristic and variant materials
- Characteristics Based Planning
- Including a minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP Mills implementation projects
- Must include leading the specification of business process requirements
- Good appreciation of SAP integration
- Finance Costing
- Sales Order Processing
- Manufacturing Execution
- Team leading skills
- Plan team work schedule
- Organise workshops planning, facilitation, delivery and reporting
- Delegation of tasks to team members
- Report effectively in a Matrix project structure
- Fluent English
- Able to work on-site Full time Monday to Friday
