Our client, a major global asset management organization is looking for a high calibre Senior Migration Manager/Project manager with considerable migration experience: ideally lift & shift of Transfer Agency services, to work on a contract basis in their Luxembourg offices.

Key skills & experience:

- Knowledge of the European Transfer Agency market

- Knowledge of Financial Services systems, products and procedures

- Knowledge of the Asset Management operational functions and their form

- Experience of interfacing with multiple third party providers is essential

- Migration Management Experience - Ability to run multiple streams of work simultaneously covering multiple parties

- Relationship Skills - Ability to work in partnership with the business, technology, third party providers and influence when necessary

- Communication - Ability to communicate at senior levels, attend and present information at global/regional steering meetings and joint steering meetings with third party providers

- Document the migration approach with third parties, plan and manage the execution of the plan.

- Ensure that all migration commitments are monitored and progress reported.

- Manage key stakeholders

- Liaise with senior management both internally and at third party providers as required to ensure deliverables/approach are consistent with the objectives of the overall programme.
