One of our financial services clients are looking for an Interim Programme Manager.
The Interim Assignment
The successful candidate will be assisting the organisation through a critical change and transformation programme that will affect the business. You will act as the mortgage collections subject matter expert and use this knowledge to drive forward business and regulatory change.
The Interim Manager
The ideal Interim Programme Manager candidate will have experience of Collections within Mortgages and Secured lending and major transformation projects.
You must have;
- Proven track record of working with both large operational and professional teams in a fast moving environment, including contact centres
- Deep knowledge of the mortgage debt collection industry and practices related to regulatory and political issues
- Background of building strong internal and external networks.
You must be available at short notice and have experience of mortgages and collections.
