Based in Cardiff, one of the UK's leading banks is looking for a Project Manager with the following skills & experience:
- Credit cards experience
- Change management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of how customer service can improved in a large retail bank
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
The successful candidate will work on a Programme focussing on improvements to the customer journey.
