Description
An IT Technician is required for a 6 month + contract (likely to be long term or go permanent) based in Norwich, Norfolk.
Working within the IT Department of a large well known company you will be working on their central Service Desk where you will be providing 1st line support to users (hardware & software). Day to day responsibilities will include diagnosing and allocating all Service Desk requests in accordance with SLAs and providing 1st line support including call logging, general troubleshooting.
This is an ideal role for someone with an IT qualification (any type) and an interest in IT.
This position will pay £11.18 + holiday pay (PAYE) or £13.71 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella).
