My client a leading consultancy is seeking a Testing Management Consultant.
As the Testing Management Consultant you will be responsible for delivering a solid operating model for Testing, secondly an IT operating model that takes on the end-to-end responsibility in driving business results and change. You will be heavily involved in shaping my clients testing environment, you will also translate business strategy and requirements for continuous testing.
The resulting models need to enable my clients business to collaborate with IT in an early stage, secure testing is performed and made possible during development. Within the models, key processes and interfaces need to be positioned to handle strategic, tactical and operational levels of interaction.
Key skills and experience
*Detailed understanding and proven experience of the strategic design, delivery of an IT testing System
*Detailed stakeholder management experience.
*A proven record of delivering cross functional organisational change on both strategic and operational level within a large organisation
*Detailed Test management experience
*Supply change management knowledge
*Business process.
*Banking sector experience.
*Experience of working in Scandinavia.
*Prince 2 certified.
