Large Banking institution are in need of a Collections and recoveries Senior Manager to head up the debt management team.
Role is required to come in and manage an existing high performing team acting as a senior source of expertise to steer and develop process and implement a Debt management strategy.
The ideal Candidate will have a proven background in Collections/recoveries
- Strong Service Delivery background
- Ability to build, develop and lead teams
- Proven Debt Management experience.
- Good change and issue management skills and background
- Financial service/Banking background
