My client is a global blue chip insurance organisation that is looking for a Insurance Customer Service Representative. The role will be a supportive role to a wider team and to escalate any queries to the appropriate team. My client is looking for a customer service agent that is willing to go above and beyond for the customer.

Responsibilities of insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Take inbound calls
  • Provide customers with any queries that they may have
  • Escalate to the approprate team where necessary
  • Record any inbound calls
  • Provide a friendly and professional service
