Senior Architect (SAP GBT) - Pharmaceutical - Switzerland

NextLink is having an exciting position as Senior Architect (SAP GBT) to join our leading pharmaceutical client in Switzerland.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance existing system functionality; develop new features per business requirements for SAP GBT systems.
Implement enhancements as per defined change management process for SAP GBT platform
Create system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, installation scripts, OQs/PQs, test plans, and scripts.
Support business in creation of SOPs, Work Instructions, Training, etc. as needed.
Interface with SAP developers to create program documents and ensure integrity of design performance
Ensure validation, audit, and legal compliance of system throughout lifecycle.
Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and ?Change management processes to appropriate IT teams.
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions that optimize operational performance of SAP GBT system.
Drive coordination of activities for small-to-medium changes in area of ?responsibility; provide 2nd/3rd level support as needed.
Coordinate and support upgrades - support packs, enhancement packs, system-wide, database, etc for SAP GBT.
Help drive process improvement initiatives to optimize user experience and business understanding of solution.

MUST HAVES:

7+ years of relevant experience in a multinational company as a Solution Architect in the area of SAP GBT(at least 2/3 years of experience in including a full-life cycle implementation)
SAP MM, SAP SD skills (at least 2/3 years of experience)
Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative and a thinker )
Proactive investigation of issues and functionalities that may be required
Great communication skills (excellent English language skills)
Great team player
Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality

NICE TO HAVES:

Previous IT Pharma experience
Experience in multi-site deployment project
Experience in leading teams
German, French language skills
