Responsibilities
- Main accountable for the regional Continuous Process improvement framework following input from the Functional Lead, working with the global virtual teams, the European Business and the off-shore delivery team. Key position for functional specifications, development, testing and coordination
- Participate in local or regional Continuous Improvement projects for live markets which are extensions of existing business functionality of the SAP system to a specific business user group.
- Participate in market deployment projects; this project related activity includes participation in deep dives, blueprint reviews, integration testing and knowledge transfer and hyper-care support activities.
- Participate in the Incident Resolution process according to the operating level agreements of the team. As part of this process the individual will have to work as part of a virtual team (with the global team, the in-market key users and the off-shore delivery team)
-Participate in Regression Testing from a functional perspective, taking part of the activities when these occur. Also responsible for validating the test scenarios and the automated test scripts for RT.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep technical and functional knowledge of the given SAP module (BI/BW), and broad knowledge of the integration points with ECC
- 2-3 years of SAP support experience with a multinational company, preferably global environment
- Good comfort level of the working environment
- Tools (ARIS, Solman, HP OVSD, HPQC)
