Description
Our client is looking for a SAP consultant with the following experience to join a 18 month project starting in mid-May.
This role could also be fulfilled by two people: one expert in Port Call/Terminal Cargo Handling, the other expert in Procurement (some basic TM experience would be a plus).
Scope of Tasks:
- Knowledge in Port Call/Terminal Cargo Handling area (mainly Handling list management, Cargo Reconciliation, Berth and Port Call planning) as part of the new solution called Network and Operations
- Knowledge in vendor selection process (Quotation process, Contracting) and vendor determination (in Freight Order) in SAP TM
- Procurement processes, including transportation procurement (Purchase Order) and transportation-related services procurement (Service Order), good receipt, service validation, invoice verification etc. in SAP MM
- Experience in conducting workshops with customer
- Experience in Container Shipping line industry (eg project experience at NOL, CMA CGM, Maersk or similar)
