Job Description:
- SAP Basis Experience on operation support functions.
- System health monitoring and troubleshooting.
- SAP refreshes and backups and restores.
- SAP EWA analysis and corrective actions.
- SAP Market place administration, OSS message operations.
- SAP Transport management and client administration.
- Experience on SAP ECC, PI, BW, Portal, web dispatcher, Trex, Solution Manager and APO systems.
- Experience on CHARMs Solman technical monitoring.
- Experience on SAP HANA.
- Incident, change and problem management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and command on English.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- Experience in SAP Implementation End to End cycle from SAP Basis Perspective.
- Experience in SAP Upgrade projects.
- Experience in SAP Support issues and resolution.
- Experience in war room situations managing critical calls.
- Experience in Daily handshake between onsite and offshore team.
- VITOM tool operational experience.
- Migration experience both homogenous and heterogenous.
- Upgrade experience.
- Resource should have expertise in SAP Netweaver Technologies and worked on Java Stack and products like SAP EP, SAP PI, SAP BI Etc.
