Edward Carter Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a SAP CRM Trainer looking to start an initial 6 month contract ASAP
Successful candidates will have the following responsibilities:
* Responsible for all activities in the training life cycle
* Lead training activities during the delivery of a greenfield SAP implementation
* Complete work stream deliverables adhering to timelines and objectives
* Responsible for training course development ensuring consistency with the clients Training approach
* Conduct instructor led training sessions to Super Users & End Users on the new system functionality and business processes
* Assist in various training activities and provide advice and guidance to the business where required
* Understand the business processes and how the application supports the processes and integration with other SAP modules
Suitable applicants will have the following skills and experience:
* Strong experience of delivering SAP CRM training where changes for enterprise applications and operational availability is critical
* Working in a challenging and complex organisation and demonstrable experience of enabling organisational, business and technical change
* Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering a blended learning solutions to users in your SAP area of specialism
* Experience in developing and refining training course material development
* Experience throughout the full SAP life cycle (Design, Build, Test, Deploy)
