SAP Security ConsultantLocation: Nord-Rhein- Westfallen (West- Germany)
We are seeking a SAP Security Consultant with strong skills in SAP Security/Hana/ Security
configuration and administration:
? Work closely with project team members and business users to deliver compliant, quality and
timely SAP security solutions.
? Executes day to day SAP Security tasks including user administration, role administration,
segregation of duties conflict checking
? Develops methods of translating business needs into technical security
specifications/requirements for all SAP related systems
? Researches and learns the new technologies offered by SAP and determine the impacts on our
current security design/environment
? Long term experiences with SAP Security Administration.
? Experience in creation and modification of SAP authorizations.
? Solid knowledge of the concept of roles, profiles and authorizations and their relationships.
? Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
? Demonstrated understanding of information security management principles, SAP application
security implementation methodologies, role based access controls, distributed systems
administration, and distributed system recovery
? Create/ Change/ Inactivate Users following IT and business processes based ticketing tool
? Maintenance of users in SAP Central User Administration, SAP Portals, SAP Solution Manager
? Manage role assignments following defined user requests processes (Prod & Non Prod
Systems).
? Interact with Super User L1, Support and Sustain L2, L3, and BST user communities in resolving
User/Role assignment issues or providing support for analysis, communication or similar
activities.
? Reset password in non-production systems.
? Optimize processes around user administration with internal counterpart(s).
? Manage project demand for user management.
? Create/Change/Inactivation of role / group based access control in accordance with the technical
concept.
? Troubleshoot any role related authorization issues.
? Comply with Role Lifecycle management rules.
? Security checks (manual or automatic), Reporting.
