SAP SD Support Consultant Needed!
One of my key clients are looking for an SAP SD Support Consultant to fill a new role within the business. An internal employee was previously responsible for both Support and Internal Design, but as the business plan on moving to an S/4 Hana Solution next, they need to conduct a fit gap analysis starting ASAP. The internal consultant can therefore no longer cope with both aspects of the role.
They are looking for you to come in and be responsible for First Line Support on the Service Desk. You will be able to evaluate if the problem can be resolved in the first line, check out the essentials (what's the exact problem? Can you reproduce it? etc) and try to solve it or escalate it to the second line.
To be suitable for this role you will have a good attitude towards delivering service and good experience in doing so. Although they don't want someone who will quit on a task after 5 minutes, they don't want someone that will look at a ticket for 3 weeks only to then realise it cannot be solved.
This role could be suitable for a junior profile that can potentially grow into working in a project role within the business. It could also be suitable for a senior profile that is happy to just work in a support role.
There is an option for 1 day per week remote work in this role, but living relatively locally is important as they don't want someone that will be commuting 2 hours each way every day.
Start Date: Immediate

Rate: €500 - €580/day
