Main tasks:
- Act in the role of a Global Deployment Expert with focus on Accounts Payable
- Take over the responsibility for the preparation, planning, execution and monitoring of deployment project activities according to the GBS roadmap and GBS deployment methodology
- Collection, structuring, validation and documentation of local business requirements in the area of Accounts Payable
- Preparation of decision papers for global and local template adaptations reflecting the mission to safeguard the GBS process and system standards
- Find technical solutions for complex business requirements and support IT-department with the creation of Functional Specifications
- Business process transformation and design incl. enhancement of process efficiency
- Process related knowledge sharing, training and guidance to local and global stakeholders
- Data migration and reconciliation according to global standard process incl. preparation of migration audit
- Support during cut-over and hyper care phase after go-live
Main qualifications
- SAP FI module with a strong focus on Accounts Payable functionalities and configuration
- Optional: SAP S/4 HANA experience
- Experience with the functionality and configuration of invoice management tools
- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools
