The project is about Global ERP System Consolidation in S/4HANA based on a harmonized SAP template
• Phase 1 aimed to determine the scope and to define foundational concepts for various functional areas
• Followed by Phase 2, containing the development of a Global SAP template to standardize, harmonize and optimize the business processes supported by SAP S/4HANA
• Major goals complexity reduction, process improvements, and M&A ready system setup
• During pilot implementation, major process and system functionalities will be set live providing basis for subsequent global S/4HANA rollout
Task Description:
- Team management (planning, status reporting, resource management…)
- Technical System set-up incl. RICEFW in the area of Purchasing (focus on Direct purchasing)
- Support all upcoming project phases: Test, Go live preparation, Post go live
