Job description:The candidate will need to have functional proficiency in SAP CRM or SAP ISU and will have to know how to create complex SQL queries in SQL developer to identify the different cases that do not integrate properly in SAP and that prevent customer billing. The candidate should be fluent in FRENCH and it is ok if he does not know ENGLISH. It will be an added advantage if the associate knows how to debug in SAP to better understand the issue.
• Perform SQL queries
• Identify and cut out the different CNF cases
• Analyze and process data
• Propose recommendations ("how-to" workaround, Evolution, Anomaly and Catch-up).
