SAP BODS Developer
Whitehall Resources are looking for an experienced SAP BODS Developer for an initial 3/6 month remote contract.
Role Description:
* BODS Consultant with minimum 5+ years of BODS Implementation experience.
* Experience using SAP Data Services data flows to extract data from SAP systems (Full & Delta Extracts) is a must. Data extraction from S/4 HANA using CDS views based data sources is highly desirable.
* Should have good Expertise working with BODS for performing transformation, Cross-Reference lookup and loading (SAP & Non-SAP)
* Integration (Inbound & Outbound) with Non-SAP Sources, SAP S/4 HANA and HANA DB is essential.
* Strong interface development Background with hands-on experience with using SAP BODS with IDOCs, BAPIs. Interface development using Bulk API is desirable.
* Experience with S/4 HANA integration objects using CDS views in areas of supply chain is highly desirable.
* Experience with Development, Testing, Support and triggering using a monitoring and Exception handling framework for BODS interfaces is desirable
* Good Experience with Workflow, Data Flows, Try & Catch blocks, Lookups and validation as per mapping specification
* Database knowledge, writing complex SQL queries, BODS Scripts & Global Variables and knowledge in writing Stored Procedures is a plus.
* Extensively used Data Services Management Console to Schedule & Execute jobs, Manage repositories and perform Metadata reporting
* Experience with Deriving tables to get the Complex data, Error Handling, Email alerting solution
* Data Flow & Work flow using different types of transforms like Query Transform, Table comparison, Case transform, Map operation, Merge, History preserve and key, Query, Row generation transform.
