Description
My client a Global consultancy is looking for an SAP HR/HCM Technical consultant to join their team on a contract basis.
Essential skills and experience
* Extensive hands-on implementation experience of core SAP HCM modules (eg SAP UK Payroll and SAP Time Management)
* Extensive exposure to SAP Self-service modules including SAP Fiori
* Exposure to integration of SAP HCM with other SAP products and 3rd party systems using tools like SAP PI
* Programming in ABAP
* Experience in writing client-ready documentation that would include change requests, project proposals, implementation documentation, testing documentation etc.
* Participated in at least 4 SAP full life cycle implementations or system upgrades
* Participated in at least 2 rounds of support packs
* Experienced in supporting/mentoring less experienced team members
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Exposure to SAP technical modules like Basis, Security, SAP PI etc.
* Exposure to SAP Workflows
* Exposure to Floor Plan Manager and ABAP Webdynpro.
