Role: SAP (Logistics) Senior Consultant
Term: 6 Month Initial Contract
Rate: £568 per/day (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote
- Working as a SME in S/4HANA Logistics and Supply Chain advising customers in Functional Roadmap, aligned with Business Roadmaps, derived from Business and IT strategies incorporating business and technology trends in logistic and Supply Chain including SAP.
- Has in depth knowledge of SAP ERP Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Demand to Supply processes, understands cross functional process flow, data model and dependencies supported by SAP Systems.
- Leadership skills to lead a team of functional consultants and business analysts.
- Experience in driving process improvement initiatives to optimise user experience and business understanding of solution.
- Demonstrate leadership to drive and acts upon opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to build complex solutions supporting the business needs with the target to maximise the business value
Technical considerations
- Must have strong product and solutions capabilities and experience
- Strong conceptual and projects configuration experience with core SAP Logistics (Material Management as minimum) and Supply chain processes with S/4HANA or ERP 6. Able to articulate the differences between S/4HANA and ERP 6 from business perspective.
- Able to explain the roadmap for logistics, supply chain for S/4HANA and the cloud extension with SAP Products. Knowledge of integration between S/4HANA and Coupa and Ivalua are plus
- Able to advise client on the integration with warehousing systems such as JRA, Blueyonder, Manhattan and SAP EWM.
- Have an understanding of typical integration scenarios existing in Manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Retail
- Range of Experience
- Overall 8 years of experience in consulting. Must have at least 6 years of Domain experience in SAP MM or SCM.
- Experience in 5 E2E implementation projects preferably for the European region
- Evidence of being in roles where the candidate has been responsible for solution design and delivery
Skills
- Proficient in English language (speaking & writing) and work experience in a multinational environment
- Results oriented with excellent coordination, organisational and communication skills
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Collaborate with different domain based teams to implement integrated solutions
